Good food and good service!

Service was awful. There was one waitress for the whole place. Could have missed my plane!

The best restaurant in PBI. Offers solid breakfast choices too.

This is located at Palm Beach International Airport. Have breakfast there average breakfast nothing to write home about. Server was friendly

We had a group of ten...after work outing. We were seated quickly. The staff did a great job making sure to explain the menu, sign us up for rewards, keep our drinks filled, getting our orders right and making sure the checks were correct. Impressed.

Needed a quick bite at airport

Food was fine. It's a chili's, nothing special but you get what you expect so that's a good thing. Food came out fast and was as expected. I gave 3/5 because service was lacking. Saw our waiter 2 times before check. Once to order and once to drop off food. Never refilled water, never wanted to see if wanted drinks or anything, even though it wasn't busy.

It's a nice place and enough food options to satisfy you while waiting for your flight. Pleasing staff too!

A simple hello when a guest enters your establishment goes a long way. Instead of Hello we got " It's gonna be a minute" in fact she never even made eye contact before saying those words. Very disappointed . However the food was fine points to the chef.

Wonton tacos app was all watery coleslaw and small, little chunks of asian chicken , def not worth the price. Drunk guy at the bar ,at 12:30pm? It took me getting loud to tell him to leave me alone, to finally get a server to say something to mgr. She very professionally explained the situation and offered him multiple times to call him a cab.

Sat there for 20 minutes and the waitress never came over to take our order. We asked 3 other servers and the hostess and never even got an apology

Terrible service, waited 10mins before a watered came over. Our food came out without our appetizer. We had to remind her we ordered an app. Crispers are not the same. Looks like a frozen replacement of some sort. Burger came out less than warm. Asked for manager and they sent the dullest pencil in the collection. This place needs to be replaced along with everyone working there.

Food was great, but the service was terrible. Took thirty minutes to get and pay my check. My server didn't greet me and corrected my dish's name even though I read it off the menu.

Worst experience ever. Staff is horrible. I should’ve known when the “hostess” was confused about seating us. The waiter wanted our drink and food order together immediately upon sitting down. The below average food was delivered within 10 minutes missing several side condiments. We were given food but no utensils or napkins. My daughter’s veggie burger was burnt and just overall disgusting (as if they are not disgusting to begin with lol). The staff seemed to just be walking around aimlessly with a look of confusion and indifference. Add to all of that, the filth of the place, If I could give this restaurant negative stars, it would get a -3.

Food was good, as expected. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Had a great experience! The meal was delicious, the service exceptional and the menu is wonderful! I enjoyed my visit as the staff was fantastic.

Wed Jan. 22 8:30am at airport looking for a place to have a decent cup of coffee and breakfast. Went to three places before I came to Chili’s. Thank goodness I did!! The deco, cleanliness, food, service was very good. I was Greeted and seated by hostess. Menu was pretty good. Kaitlin was the waitress she greeted me with a smile which is important to start my day. I ordered my coffee which I loved and had 3 cups. The breakfast was great!!!!Thank you Kaitlin

Annoying disco type of music being pumped out of speakers. The food is not great at all. I had better in diners.

Poor service followed up by bland food. Not my typical Chili's experience. Nobody wanted to own our section, the bartender had to be drafted into helping us and the hostess could be bothered. There was ample staff, but it was like being at the DMV. Dont go here in a hurry!

Love going to Chili's love getting their lunch time fajita. Staff is usually awesome I just wish the chips were little bit better cuz their salsa is great.

It's airport food at a semi-fast-food service chain restaurant - expectations should not be high! Good enough when you are waiting for a flight.

I only didnt give 5 stars because ive never sat down and ate, only got the to go. The customer service was good, quick and tasty. Convenient for bringing on your flight

All of the staff were very nice. Although we waited 20-25 mins for out food, the food was amazing and totally worth the wait.
